1. Who is responsible
The independent Norexa team is responsible for information processed through Norexa-operated sites and services described here. For privacy questions or requests, contact support@norexa.cc.
2. Information we handle
- Support requests: messages you send, ticket history, ticket category and status, and any name or email address you choose to share. The support system may identify a name or email from your messages to help the team follow up.
- Staff applications: the application details and answers you submit, including contact details, Discord username, selected role and project, and any optional portfolio link.
- Purchases: order and license details needed to help with a purchase. Checkout and payment details are collected directly by the third-party store/payment platform; Norexa does not receive or store your complete payment-card number through our website.
- Basic service analytics: a random browser identifier (stored in first-party local storage and hashed by our server), page path, event identifier, approximate country when available, broad device/browser categories, and coarse referral category. We do not store raw IP addresses, full referrer URLs, or query strings in this analytics system.
- Technical and security information: information processed to operate, protect, rate-limit, troubleshoot, and maintain our services. Your browser necessarily sends ordinary network and browser information when it connects to a website.
3. How we use information
- Provide, maintain, secure, and improve Norexa products and websites.
- Respond to support tickets, manage conversations, and prevent abuse.
- Process and review staff applications and send application-related emails.
- Confirm purchases, provide digital products or licenses, and investigate order issues with the store provider.
- Understand aggregate site usage and service reliability without building advertising profiles.
- Meet legal obligations, protect rights, and respond to valid legal requests.
We do not sell personal information or use the site analytics described above to create advertising profiles.
4. Support chat and AI
If you use the support chat, your messages and ticket are stored on our server so you and the support team can follow up. The widget saves a random ticket access credential and shortcuts to recent tickets in your browser’s local storage. Clearing browser storage removes those local shortcuts, but does not itself delete the ticket from Norexa’s support system.
When AI assistance is enabled, relevant recent conversation messages may be sent to Google Gemini for a reply. A request to speak to a person can also create a limited ticket notification in a private Norexa Discord channel. Do not send passwords, payment-card details, government ID numbers, or other sensitive information in chat.
5. Service providers and sharing
We share only what is reasonably needed with providers that help operate the Services, subject to their role and terms. Depending on the feature, these may include:
- Hosting and database providers that run our websites and store support, application, and operational records.
- Google Gemini, when AI support is enabled, to generate responses from recent chat context.
- Discord, for limited private support or staff-application notifications.
- Brevo, for transactional staff-application emails.
- The third-party store and payment provider, which processes checkout and may hold order, payment, and delivery records under its own policies.
We do not include customer email addresses or message contents in Discord support alerts. We do not share information for third-party advertising. We may disclose information if required by law or reasonably necessary to protect users, the Services, or our rights.
6. Cookies, local storage, and analytics retention
Our public website analytics and support ticket history use browser local storage. The analytics identifier is random and pseudonymous; the server stores a hash rather than the raw identifier. We do not use the described analytics identifier for advertising.
Detailed pseudonymous visitor, session, and page-view records are kept for up to 400 days, then reduced to daily aggregate statistics without visitor identifiers. Support tickets, application records, and purchase-related records may be retained for as long as needed to provide support, administer a decision or transaction, maintain security, and meet legal obligations. We do not currently promise a fixed deletion period for those records.
7. Security and international processing
We use access controls and technical measures intended to protect information, but no internet service or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure. Our providers may process information in countries other than where you live, subject to the safeguards and terms that apply to those providers.
8. Your choices and requests
You can avoid sharing optional details, clear locally stored ticket shortcuts in your browser, and adjust browser settings for local storage. Clearing local storage does not erase server-side records.
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, or a copy of your personal information, or to object to certain processing. Email support@norexa.cc with your request and the service involved. We may need to verify your identity and may retain information where the law permits or requires it.
9. Children and changes
Norexa services are not designed to knowingly collect personal information from children without appropriate permission. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, contact us so we can review the request.
We may update this policy when our services or obligations change. We will publish the current version here and revise the effective date above.
