1. Who we are and what these terms cover
“Norexa,” “we,” and “us” refer to the independent Norexa software team operating the services identified in these terms. “Services” means our websites, VoiceChanger software and related tools, OSINT research platform, Norexa Web, support and staff-application features, and digital goods offered through our store.
By accessing or using a Service, you agree to these terms and the Privacy Policy. If you buy a product, the price, product description, delivery details, and any additional license terms shown at checkout also apply. If you do not agree, do not use the relevant Service.
2. Eligibility and your responsibilities
You must be legally able to use the Service in your location. If you are under the age at which you can consent to online services or make a purchase where you live, use it only with permission and supervision from a parent or guardian.
- Provide accurate information when creating an account, requesting support, or making a purchase.
- Keep your login details and license keys private; you are responsible for activity through your account unless applicable law says otherwise.
- Use the Services lawfully, respectfully, and in accordance with any product-specific instructions.
- Do not disrupt, probe, overload, bypass access controls, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or another person’s systems.
3. Product-specific use
VoiceChanger: use audio tools responsibly. Do not use them to defraud, threaten, harass, impersonate someone unlawfully, or violate another person’s rights.
OSINT: the platform is for lawful research using public or otherwise authorized information. Do not use it to stalk, dox, harass, discriminate against, or target a person, obtain unauthorized access, or make high-impact decisions about people. You are responsible for checking the law and permissions that apply to your research.
Norexa Web and other software: do not use our tools to distribute malware, infringe rights, evade security, or harm others. Features may change as products are maintained and improved.
4. Purchases, payments, and licenses
Prices, currency, taxes (where applicable), payment options, and delivery terms are shown by the relevant checkout provider before you place an order. Payments for the Norexa Store are handled through the third-party store platform. We do not receive or store your complete payment-card details through our website.
Unless a product page or separate license says otherwise, a digital purchase grants you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use that product for its stated purpose. You may not resell, redistribute, share license credentials, or commercially exploit a product beyond the rights granted to you. Nothing in these terms restricts rights that cannot legally be restricted.
For digital delivery or payment issues, contact support@norexa.cc with your order reference. See our Refund Policy. The payment provider’s own checkout, privacy, and platform terms also apply to your use of that provider.
5. Intellectual property and feedback
Norexa and its licensors retain rights in the Services, including their software, branding, design, and content, except for material belonging to you or another rights holder. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer a Service except where we expressly permit it or applicable law allows it.
You keep rights in content you submit. You give us permission to host, process, and display that content only as reasonably needed to provide, secure, and support the Service. Do not send us material you do not have permission to share. If you send suggestions, we may use them to improve our Services without owing compensation, to the extent permitted by law.
6. Availability, support, and third parties
We work to keep our Services useful and available, but we do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may update, suspend, or discontinue features for maintenance, security, legal, or operational reasons. We will try to give notice of material changes when reasonably practical.
Some features rely on third parties, including hosting, checkout, AI, messaging, or external websites. Their services are governed by their own terms and privacy notices. We are not responsible for third-party services we do not operate.
7. Suspension and termination
We may restrict or suspend access where reasonably necessary to address a security risk, unlawful use, serious violation of these terms, or harm to users or our Services. Where practical, we will explain the reason and provide an opportunity to resolve the issue. You may stop using a Service at any time. Rights and obligations that by their nature continue after termination will remain in effect.
8. Disclaimers and liability
To the extent permitted by law, the Services are provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not make promises about suitability for a particular purpose, uninterrupted availability, or the accuracy or completeness of information obtained through a Service. OSINT results are not a substitute for independent verification or professional advice.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability, warranties, or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. To the extent the law permits, Norexa is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of a Service. Where liability may legally be limited, it is limited to the amount you paid Norexa for the affected product or service in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim.
9. Changes and contact
We may update these terms as our Services or legal obligations change. The effective date above shows when the current version took effect. Material changes will be posted here; continued use after the effective date means the updated terms apply, subject to any rights you have under local law.
